The Fate Presto collection by Antonio Salvatore, a student at the IUAD, draws inspiration from a historical event linked to Irpinia. The title takes up the front page of the newspaper Il Mattino in the aftermath of the 1980 earthquake, while the aesthetics arise from an in-depth historiographical study on the costumes of brigands, enriched by a theatrical component. Dominating the scene are three colorsn white, black and brown that define the visual identity of the collection and enhance its decisive character. The variety of fabrics used reveals a remarkable technical mastery: Salvatore models them by alternating structured lines and more fluid shapes, building a balance between rigor and softness.
