This section outlines our policies on order processing, shipping, delivery, cancellations, returns, and refunds. We aim to provide clear information on what you can expect when ordering from DYSKINESIAA by Lyaz Studio, including situations involving pre-orders or custom-made items. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms regarding shipping and returns.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing: We handle orders in the order they are received. Once your payment is confirmed, in-stock items will typically be processed and shipped within a specified timeframe (usually within 3-7 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page). We will notify you via email when your order has been dispatched. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. Any expected delays in fulfillment (for example, due to high volume during a sale) will be communicated on our website or via email.

Pre-Orders and Made-to-Order Products: Some items available on our store may be marked as “Pre-Order” or are made-to-order (custom production). A pre-order means the product is not yet ready to ship at the time of your purchase; instead, we will produce or procure the item after you place the order. We provide an estimated shipping date or production lead time for pre-order items on the product page. Please be aware that all pre-order availability dates are estimates and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control. Unforeseen circumstances such as production delays/issues, supplier delays, quality control issues, or logistics and customs delays can affect the delivery schedule. If there is a significant delay beyond the estimated date, we will do our best to inform you promptly via email. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the delivery may be later than initially projected due to these potential factors. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

For orders that include both in-stock and pre-order items together, we generally wait until all items are available and ship them together in one package. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for those items. Otherwise, your entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. If you need to change or cancel a pre-order before it has shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate cancellations or changes only if production has not yet begun on your pre-ordered item. (See the Cancellation & Return policy below for how the right of withdrawal applies to pre-orders.)

Shipping Methods and Costs: We ship primarily to addresses in [Specify regions, e.g., France, EU, international] via [Name carriers, e.g., La Poste, Colissimo, DHL, etc.]. During checkout, you will see available shipping options for your destination, along with estimated transit times and costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight/size of items and the destination, and will be added to your order total at checkout. We occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions, which will be detailed on our website when applicable.

Delivery Times: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping method chosen. Once dispatched, typical delivery estimates are:

  • Domestic (France): Approximately 4-7 business days.

  • Within the EU: Approximately 4-7 business days.

  • International (outside EU): Approximately 7-14 business days, not including any customs processing time.

Shipping Costs
We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €350.
For orders below this amount, the shipping costs are as follows:

  • France: €8

  • Europe (EU countries): €15

  • International (outside EU): €35

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and added to your total order amount. All shipments are fully trackable, and tracking details will be provided once your order is dispatched.

Please note these are estimated transit times provided by the carriers and not guaranteed. External factors like weather, customs clearance, or public holidays may cause delays. We are not responsible for delays in delivery once the package has been handed over to the carrier, but we will assist in tracking and ensuring you receive your parcel.

Customs and Import Duties: If you are ordering from outside of France (or outside the EU), your order may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees levied by your country’s authorities upon arrival. Such charges (if any) are not included in our product or shipping prices; they are the buyer’s responsibility. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office for information on possible fees before placing an international order. If customs clearance procedures are required, they can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Package Tracking: Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information (if available) for your package. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for the tracking number to become active. You can track the shipment via the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation within the expected processing time, feel free to contact us.

Undeliverable Packages: Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is correct and complete. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up the parcel, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipment if the address provided was incorrect or if the package was unclaimed and returned to us. If we cannot contact you or do not receive instructions, we may treat the order as cancelled after a certain period and refund the product cost (less any shipping fees incurred).

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation (Before Shipment): If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us immediately at contact@dyskinesiaa.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel it; however, you may be eligible to return the items (see the Returns & Refunds section below). Pre-order items can be cancelled for a full refund up until the point when production or fulfillment has started. If you request a cancellation of a pre-order after production has commenced or within a specific cutoff (e.g., 7 days after ordering for pre-orders), we reserve the right to decline the cancellation if significant costs have already been incurred, though we will evaluate such requests on a case-by-case basis.

Force Majeure: Occasionally, we might need to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., item is unexpectedly out of stock or discontinued, errors in pricing, or other unforeseen issues). We reserve the right to cancel an order if necessary. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund for any amount you have paid.

Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with an item, you may be able to return it, subject to the conditions below. This section outlines our returns policy for unwanted items as well as your legal right of retraction (withdrawal) for online purchases, and how refunds are handled.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union (or in a country with similar consumer protection laws), you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase contract with us, without giving any reason, within 14 days from the day after you (or a person you designate) receive the good. This is known as the “cooling-off” period. If your order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the 14-day period runs from the date of delivery of the last item. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period has expired. You can simply email us at Contact@dyskinesiaa.com stating that you wish to withdraw from (cancel) your order. You may (but are not required to) use the Model Withdrawal Form provided at the end of this policy; sending an email with your order details and request to cancel is sufficient. We will promptly acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal request.

Please note: The right of withdrawal is unconditional – you do not need to provide a reason for cancelling. However, the product must be returned in accordance with the guidelines below.

Effects of Withdrawal:

If you withdraw from the contract within the 14-day period, we will refund all payments received from you for the returned product, including the original delivery charge (with the exception of any supplementary costs if you chose a more expensive shipping option than the standard delivery we offer). The refund will be processed without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever comes first.

We will carry out the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Returning the Goods:

If the goods have already been delivered to you, you are responsible for sending them back to us (or to any address we designate) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you notify us of the withdrawal. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods, unless we have agreed to cover that cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and ensuring items are properly packaged, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them. If the value of the goods has been diminished by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (i.e., more handling than you would reasonably do in a physical store to examine the item), we reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount reflecting the diminished value.

Returns of Unwanted Items (Change of Mind)

In addition to your legal rights, we offer a returns policy for many products: if you are not satisfied with a product or it doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it to us within 14 days of delivery (or longer if we voluntarily allow, as stated on our site for specific promotions). To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags and components intact. Please contact us at contact@dyskinesiaa.com before sending any return, so we can authorize the return and provide the proper return address and instructions.

After we authorize your return, please ship the item back to us. Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund for items we do not receive.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. If the return is approved, we will process your refund (or exchange) promptly. Refunds for approved returns will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your payment provider or bank, it may take additional time for the credit to post to your account.

If the returned item is not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, we may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to account for the diminished value of the goods.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some products are excluded from the 14-day withdrawal right and our general returns, due to their nature, as permitted by law. These include:

  • Custom-made or Personalized Items: Any item that is made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, custom-sized apparel, special edition items made on demand, or products engraved/embroidered with your name) cannot be returned for refund or exchange unless they arrive damaged or defective. The legal right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to order or clearly personalized for you.

  • Perishable or Time-Sensitive Goods: If we offer any items that are perishable or have a short expiration date, those cannot be returned. (This may not be applicable to our current catalog, but is noted for completeness.)

  • Intimate or Hygienic Goods: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings that have been unsealed from their packaging may not be returnable (unless they were incorrect or faulty).

  • Digital Products or Downloads: If you purchase digital content (e.g., downloadable files) from us, once download or access has begun with your consent, you lose the right to withdraw from that purchase.

  • Gift Cards: Gift certificates or gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable (except as required by law).

Defective or Damaged Products

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty, damaged in transit, or not as described, please notify us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery). You can email us at contact@dyskinesiaa.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos if applicable. For approved claims of defective or incorrect items, we will arrange for a return or replacement at our expense. You will not incur return shipping costs for returning defective or incorrect products to us, and of course, any such return will not affect your refund (we will refund the full purchase price and original shipping, or send a replacement at no extra cost, according to your preference and our stock availability).

We stand behind the quality of our products. All goods sold on our site are subject to the legal guarantee of conformity and against hidden defects as provided by applicable law. This means that if an item is defective or not as advertised, you are entitled to have it repaired or replaced at no cost, or to receive a refund if repair or replacement is unfeasible, in accordance with French and EU consumer protection laws. This legal guarantee covers you for a minimum of 2 years from the date of delivery of the product. Any commercial warranty offered by a manufacturer or by us is in addition to and does not replace these legal rights. For example, under EU rules, if a product you bought turns out to be faulty or does not look or work as advertised, we must repair or replace it free of charge, or refund you if a repair or replacement is not possible within a reasonable time. If a defect is apparent within the first 2 years, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless we can prove otherwise. These rights apply to you as a consumer regardless of our returns policy, and nothing in these terms will affect those statutory rights.

Return Procedure Summary

To streamline your return or withdrawal:

  1. Contact Us: Email contact@dyskinesiaa.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return or the withdrawal of your full order. If you’re exercising the legal right of withdrawal, a simple statement is sufficient (e.g., “I hereby withdraw from order #1234, placed on [date], for [product].”). If you’re returning due to an issue (damage, etc.), please describe the issue.

  2. Receive Instructions: We will reply with confirmation of your request and provide return instructions, including the return address. In case of withdrawal or general return, you will need to send the item back at your cost (unless the item was defective or we otherwise agree to cover the return).

  3. Ship Back Item: Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories. Include either a copy of your order invoice or a note with your order number and name, so we can identify the return. Ship the package using a trackable service.

  4. Inspection and Refund/Exchange: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it. If everything is in order (or once you’ve provided proof of shipment for a withdrawal), we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of return approval (and remember it can take additional days for your bank to post it). If an exchange is requested and approved, we will ship the replacement item as soon as possible (we will inform you if there is any delay or if the item is out of stock, in which case a refund will be provided).

We will communicate with you at each step via email. Our goal is to make returns and refunds as hassle-free as possible while protecting our business from abuse of the policy.
