How to find your size
Measure the circumference of the phalange (the part of your finger where you want the ring to sit).
Use a soft measuring tape, a strip of paper, or any flexible material. Wrap it around the finger without squeezing too tightly.
Note the length in millimeters, then check the circumference (mm) column in our size chart to find your matching FR size.
