SKIN STORY
SKIN is a collection built around a simple idea: transforming traces of skin, its textures, its patterns, its sheds into forms that can be worn.
It explores how a second material can extend, replace, or reinforce what already covers us.
INTENTIONS & INFLUENCES
SKIN draws from the logic of living bodies:
reptile skin, scales, discarded sheds, surfaces that renew or harden over time.
Everything that protects, reacts, and transforms.
Here, these elements become wearable structures
not to imitate the animal, but to reinterpret the idea of shedding
a layer you leave behind, and another you choose to adopt.
SKIN is not a bestiary.
It is a way of wearing the tension of the living, of carrying a protection that belongs to no one else.
MATERIALS & PROCESS
Each piece is made slowly in the Paris atelier:
3D modeling, molding, adjustments, melted silver, hand-finishing.
The final form always keeps something instinctive a movement, an irregularity, a subtle disruption.
Solid silver, for permanence, weight, and impact.
Leather, for its natural flexibility and ability to behave like a second skin.
3D-printed resin, used not only to generate texture but to explore transparency, translucency, and the idea of layered skins.
Some pieces appear half-revealed, half-hidden, as if a shed or fragment was still in transition.
The material remains visible, intentional, and slightly raw.
THE PIECES
The pieces in SKIN function like fragments of the same outer layer.
Independent, but bound by a shared logic: wearing the living as an extension of oneself, without copying, without imitation.
